February 1st update
Well, hopefully it’s back to school tomorrow for the boys. The ice is trying to melt with the 45 degree weather today and the sun but still a lot on the back roads and drive ways. In some places it’s worse than it was before.
We had a busy day yesterday. Hamilton had practice at 8:00 a.m. and than a game at 11:00 a.m. We stayed for the other two games since Bennett was keeping the scorecard. Hamilton’s team lost, they didn’t play very good. I guess they missed their coach, Sid! Bennett had practice at 2 for two hours. We than went to eat and to the movies again. Ham was at a friends so we went to see Unwanted which was a little scary.
Bennett about fell today in the church parking lot but managed not too. We just hung out at home and watching the Super Bowl game.
Sid is staying in Paducah but working in Metropolis. I haven’t been able to ask him if they have hot water now. All week they haven’t had any. He hopes to be home later this week.
Bennett has a blood test in the morning. We pray that his counts are good and his liver levels are lower than last week! We were supposed to be on a every other week schedule but it seems he always has something wrong with his numbers. We’re thankful though nothing too serious.
