As we were driving home tonight from vacation bible school, Hamilton told me that they talked about stories that were true during story time. He said they talked about miracles. Miracles in the bible and also miracles that have happened in real life.

Hamilton said he wanted to speak up and tell of Bennett but he would stutter. Can you imagine?   Hamilton – speechless?  I asked him, “what about Bennett?” and he said, “his miracle.”  We talked about Bennett’s miracle of him beating his awful disease.  The miracle of him feeling well.  Hamilton said,  “yeah, the miracle of him feeling good and playing with me in the hospital.”  We thank God daily for Bennett’s miracle and God’s healing love.

Bennett is on his way home and it probably will be late. They stopped at Louisville Slugger Factory and played miniature golf. I can’t wait to see him and reassure myself that he is okay.
