April 11th update
Bennett is doing good. His stomach isn’t bothering him like it was which is great. He still only eats a little bit and eats slow. His hair isn’t growing back yet and I just noticed a few days ago that he has lost about half of his eyebrows.
He has been lifting weights the last few days. He hasn’t said anything about his legs bothering him anymore. He wanted to go with a friend out of town for the weekend but I told him no for his safety . He was very disappointed. I told him hopefully by next weekend he can get out with friends and not have to worry about catching something. I reminded him that it could be worse, instead of being home, he could be in the hospital. Several of our 9west friends our in the hospital now, we are praying that they get better soon.
We are very thankful that Bennett hasn’t been sick or run a fever. It’s so serious with his counts being very low. We have been extremely careful. I sanitize the house daily; spraying Lysol and wiping down the kitchen, his room, door knobs, etc. You get where you are a germ freak and paranoid.
Bennett is so ready to go to school and do normal things. He is getting tired of being a hermit. Considering; his attitude is good and makes the best of his day.
“Keep the charge of the Lord your God, walk in his ways, keep his statues, his commandments, his precepts, and his testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may do wisely and prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn.” 1 Kings 2:3
We pray for increased ANC next week so you can do “normal’ teenage stuff. The weight lifting sounds like a great idea, just don’t over do it.
