January 25th update
Bennett went to school today. We went to lunch together and he ate really well. He has been eating really good the last two weeks and it really has showed. He looks like he has gained some weight and looks better. He thinks he his going to weigh about 128. This would be the most he has weighed, so we will see on Tuesday. He weighs at home but we like to go by the clinic scales to keep track.
Bennett wanted to go to the High school basketball game tonight in West Frankfort but he ended up falling asleep because he was so tired. He didn’t get up until 7:30 so we decided it was better to stay home out of the cold and get his rest. His cough is better so we are thankful that it didn’t turn into an infection.
Count your blessings instead of your crosses
Count your gains instead of your losses
Count your joy instead of your woes
Count your friends instead of your foes
Count your smiles instead of your tears
Count your courage instead of your fears
Count your full years instead of your lean
Count your kind deeds instead of your mean
Count on God instead of your self!
Wow, what a wonderful week. Sounds like you’re ready for a hair cut.
Cindy, you’re a inspriation to us all! Most parents complain about another ballgame to take the kids to. What a difference a little prespective makes. We pray that the next phase doesn’t wear Bennett down and restrict him to home.
